The most useful routine is the one you can begin without negotiating with yourself. Twenty minutes is long enough to change your energy and short enough to belong to a real morning.

Start with slow breathing and spinal articulation, move through bridges, side-lying leg work and a deliberate plank series, then finish on the floor. Let control matter more than speed and stop if anything feels painful.

Some days this becomes a full class. Some days it remains twenty quiet minutes. Both count. The ritual is not a test; it is a way back into the body.

Move to return to yourself—not to correct yourself.
