We prefer recipes that support a way of eating rather than promise a miracle. This is less a strict recipe than a formula: a generous base of greens, something warm, something crisp, a satisfying protein and a dressing you genuinely want to eat.

Begin with bitter leaves or shredded kale, then add roasted sweet potato, lentils or salmon, cucumber, herbs and a spoonful of seeds. The dressing is lemon, extra-virgin olive oil, tahini and enough water to make it silky.

No single plate can switch inflammation on or off. The point is colour, texture and consistency—not perfection. Make twice the dressing, keep washed herbs in the fridge, and let tomorrow’s lunch become the easiest decision of the day.

Think abundance, not restriction.
